When you come for your first appointment please bring:

  • Referral letter from your GP or other specialist
  • Private Hospital Insurance information
  • X-rays, blood tests, scans and any other relevant test results you have
  • List of medications and previous significant operations or illnesses.
  • Your initial consultation will include a physical examination of the arms, neck, abdomen, legs and feet. Please consider this when choosing your clothing for the appointment.
  • Family and friends are most welcome to attend the appointment with you

To Cancel An Appointment

Please call the office during during business hours and allow at least 1 days’ notice. We recognise that your time is valuable, and we make every effort to run on time. Occasionally due to emergencies or unforseen circumstance, there may be delays beyond our control. We apologise if we keep you waiting.
